Olusegun Akindutire serves as Corporate Transformation Officer at Okitipupa Oil Palm PLC, where he leads enterprise performance analytics and strategic reporting initiatives that support executive decision-making and operational improvement across the company.
In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing performance monitoring frameworks, developing business intelligence dashboards, and producing analytical reports that track operational efficiency, productivity, and strategic performance indicators across plantation and processing operations.
Olusegun also conducts industry benchmarking and competitive intelligence analysis, providing leadership with insights into market trends, financial performance comparisons, and strategic opportunities within Nigeria’s oil palm sector.
Prior to joining Okitipupa Oil Palm PLC, he gained professional experience in telecommunications operations through MTN Nigeria, where he worked in a high-volume customer analytics and service quality environment via iSON BPO International. He has also supported policy coordination activities within the Ondo State Governor's Office, Office of the Senior Special Assistant on Admin and Policy Planning, contributing to program monitoring and executive reporting processes.
Olusegun holds an MSc in Mathematics (Operations Research) from the University of Ibadan (2015) and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Benin (2011). He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to further strengthen his expertise in strategic management and data-driven leadership.
His professional interests include business intelligence, performance analytics, and the application of data-driven insights to enhance operational excellence and long-term corporate performance.
