Nathaniel Adedoyin is a highly motivated, progress-focused and Certified Human Resource Professional with a track record of value centered initiative, deployed with the right combination of relevant experience.
He is a graduate of Human Resources Management from the prestigious Institut Billingue Libre Du Togo where he bagged his BSC and a master's degree in view.
He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management Body.
He has been in professional practice with a strong prowess in conflict management and resolution since 2012 as an HR Assistant, Manager and Consultant, having previously worked with Towers Corporate LTD, 1201 Agency and The Nigerian Police Force Microfinance Bank PLC respectively.
His philosophy to work is that there is first the Human before the Resources which makes him different in the HR space.
He is currently the Company's Human Resource Manager.
