There are two parcels of land covering a total area of 2,261 hectares at Iyansan and Isowa which can be developed immediately so that it can mature in good time before the 1953 to 1962 plantings are ready for replanting. This will guarantee a steady flow of fruits as well as financial stability when replanting of old plantations commence.


Buildings

Each plantation has the underlisted categories of buildings to cater for the welfare of the staff.

-                     Residential accommodation for the junior staff

-                     Residential accommodation for the Supervisors and Manager.

-                     Office and Healthcare accommodation

-                     There are residential accommodations for the Managers at the Head Office in Okitipupa.
