Oba Alayeluwa George Babatunde Faduyile, Adegun II, The Abodi of Ikale land.

He had his Primary and Modern School education in Okitipupa and was professionally trained as a teacher at St. Augustine’s Teachers Training College, Ikere Ekiti, and St. Peter’s Teachers Training College, Akure, before proceeding to obtained a bachelor’s degree at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria’s premier university.

His life career as a teacher took off in 1958 at St. Peter's RCM, Ode-Irele, in the present Irele Local Government. He went on to impact various students and communities while serving as a teacher and pioneer administrator at various educational institutions in Ondo state including St. Cyril's RCM Igbodigbo, Okitipupa L.G.A, St. Francis' RCM Igbekebo, Ese-odo L.G.A, St. Luke's Modern School, Okitipupa, Stella Maris College, Okitipupa, Victory College, Ikare-Akoko, Teachers Training College, Epinmi-Akoko, Comprehensive High School, Ilutitun, Methodist High School, Okitipupa, and Erinje Grammar School.

As one of the pioneer teachers of Comprehensive High School, Ilutitun, Oba Adegun II worked briefly with his former Primary and Modern School Headmaster, Mr E.A Olowu and the two began the planting of the palm oil plantation in the school in 1977. Also, when he was posted as Principal of Erinje Grammar School in January 1979, he established a 45-acre palm plantation and cultivated another 13 acres of plantation when he was transferred to Methodist High School in Okitipupa in September 1983.

In 1983, he was elected Chairman of Principals of Secondary Schools in Ikale, the post which he held until 1990. After active service of 35 years in the education sector, he meritoriously retired in 1992.

He was elected Chairman of Referee Association, Okitipupa Division in 1971 and became a member of Ondo State Swimming Association in 1978. He became a member of Land Allocation Committee for Ikale Local Government in 1982.

Oba Adegun II was traditionally installed as the Abodi of Ikale land on 24th December 1997 and was officially confirmed on 2nd February 1998.
